TVCC President Dr. Jason Morrison and University of Texas at Tyler President Dr. Julie V. Philley signed a Co-Enrollment memorandum of understanding (MOU) on Oct. 31. With Co-Enrollment, students at TVCC can easily earn their associate and bachelor’s degrees from UT Tyler simultaneously.

Through the co-enrollment agreement, students will save time and money while also enjoying various program benefits, including free application assistance, application fee waiver, and advising. The program will be offered to students starting fall 2025.
